Privacy policy

Apollo Window and Solar Cleaning, LLC (“Apollo,” “we,” “us”) collects the information you provide when requesting a quote: your name, phone number, email, address, and details about the work you want done. We use it to prepare your quote, schedule and confirm appointments, and communicate about your service. We do not sell your information.

Text messages

If you provide a mobile number, we may send appointment reminders (typically 24 hours and 30 minutes before arrival) and messages about your quote or service. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Third-party services

Our quote form is powered by QuoteIQ; information you submit through it is processed by that service to deliver your quote. We use standard website analytics to understand how visitors use the site.

Terms of service

Quotes

Quotes are written, itemized, and valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope on site differs materially from what was described, and we will always tell you before starting.

Guarantee

If you find a streak, smudge, or missed pane after we leave, notify us with a photo within 7 days and we will return to correct it at no charge.

Access & safety

We need safe access to the work area. We reserve the right to decline work we cannot perform safely (e.g., unreachable glass or unsafe roof conditions) and will say so up front.

Liability

Apollo carries a $2M general liability insurance policy. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
